Unable to install GRC: Continuous Authorization and Monitoring 23.0.3 in PDI

I am unable to install GRC: Continuous Authorization and Monitoring 23.0.3 in PDI because it won't allow a dependency (Recommendation template) to be installed.  Anyone find a workaround.  I was able to install previous version for testing and need this to compare OOTB to our instance before an upgrade.

Hi @George P ,

We just enabled the Recommendation template for PDI instances. Can you please try now? Of course click on sync now or it may take 24 hours in worst case. I will keep monitoring for updates here

I ran the "Sync Now", but it is still blocked.  I will give it some time and try again later to allow for any sync delays.
