User cant see Assessment

I have created an assessment, and linked it to Policy Statements, and created controls. The assessment is assigned a respondent in the control.

When i impersonate the user, and go to My Assessments i get: Security constraints prevent access to requested page

The user has the grc_user role.

What am i missing?

The issue is "fixed"....

Using the security debugger, i found that there was a specific role (custom made) that blocked everyone from seeing assessments and attestations.

So not an error on the ServiceNow side, but a custom role that was a bit too strict.

Thanks all for your help.

You mention “controls” and “assessments” together. Is it possible you are looking at My Assessments when you should be looking at My Attestations? They’re two distinct things if you’re working in standard platform view, whereas in service portal they can be grouped together under all assessments and surveys. Sean

Ok you are...and still seeing the security restraints? Then yes, there would be a role likely missing. I’m not at my computer at the moment, but will take a look today. There should be a role also inclusive of the assessment taker (equivalent) role. Also, one other minor thing that may have been overlooked and is sometimes not automated, the user should also have the sn_internal role. That role exists now that we have a customer service application with an external role. Sean

Dang. Ok, let me think about this a bit more... you’re sure you have an attestation template assigned to the policy statement before the control was generated?
