We're at the start of our journey with IRM and I wanted to find out if anyone has created good examples of the key user journey maps for each persona that I could look at to start our thinking around how can structure our existing process?

We started by going through the module training of IRM and understanding basics of IRM. This was quite helpful in understanding process of Issue management, Risks, Controls etc.. then we are going ahead with comparing requirements as per policy and how it can be implemented in ServiceNow.
