Hi @AhmerFaraz0001 ,
There are two kinds of approvals which are set based on Verification rule and Approval rule.
The verification rule is used to verify the accuracy and completeness of a policy exception request prior to sending it out for approvals. You can define multiple levels of approvers for an application.
Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Policy Exceptions > Verification Rule.
Approval rules define the criteria (risk rating, policy or control objective) that is used for sending approval requests for an exception. Rules can be configured for an application and you can identify multiple levels of approvers, as needed.
Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Policy Exceptions > Approval Rule.

Hi @AhmerFaraz0001 ,
Verification Approvals:
- Verification approvals are typically used to confirm that a specific action, task, or remediation has been completed correctly and adheres to the required standards.
- They ensure that a defined process or control is verified by the appropriate approvers before it is marked as complete.
- Ensure correctness and adherence to process.
Approvals on Policy Exceptions:
- Approvals for policy exceptions are used to formally approve a temporary or permanent deviation from a defined policy or standard.
- They ensure that exceptions are reviewed, justified, and accepted by appropriate stakeholders before being granted.
- Manage risks associated with policy deviations.
