Why would a Page Route Map be defined?

1 . To redirect users to a Service Portal login page

2 . To redirect users to a Service Portal after they login

3 . To specify what Search Sources a Service Portal should use

4 . To automatically redirect users from one page to another

Hi @Samiksha_12

Again, why are you posting these questions?
If it is to get answers to a test or something like that, then just please don't...

It won't help you in your career if you just know the answers of the questions, but do not know why.

If your intent of these questions is completely different, then please give some more explanation.

Help others to find a correct solution by marking the appropriate response as accepted solution and helpful.

I wish someone would have answered you. I'm currently on the Service Portal Fundamentals just staring at this question... then back at the book. To my understanding, it's like POM (Page Object Model). A page to update one url, instead of updating all the widgets, in a changeup...?    Thanks for putting it on here! I'm glad I wasn't the only confused!
