In BCM workspace, I have custom related list created which shows the related smart assessment instance record. When i click on the smart assessment instance, it opens the actual smart assessment instance record as shown in image 2. But what I need is it should show the view that is shown in the image 3 so that user can take the assessment. This happens automatically in the operational resilience, Risk workspace. On looking in UI builder I found that the UI Builder page is missing in the BCM workspace(refer image 4), while its there in operational resilience, Risk workspace. To get the view as per the image 3 I assume the smart-asmt page needs to be newly created in UI builder BCM workspace, but the question of how the redirection happens is what still i m looking for.

@Snehal Madakatt , I am assuming you have cloned the page for redirection in BCM workspace, so now for redirection, open the tab record, maybe in your case 4th one. For demo I am showing a CSM workspace record.
In this manner you can see configurations for your selected related list. Now on click of Assessment Instance number you want to show the new page you have created so for that Click on related list, so that style/configuration/event section on right is show.
Find below event and add handler ( create a new handler for redirecting to your new page)
Choose a handler, Open page or URL
Click on page in current experience, then all the pages from your workspace experience will be shown, select the desired option.
