My client has the IRM Professional License. Everything works fine in the development env, however in the production env, the Risk event module is completely missing.
1) The relevant Risk event tables exists in the sys_db_object but not the application menu
2) When I try to enable the Risk event menu options in the list view of the Risk workspace, and when I go to the workspace to create a new Risk event, i get the error - You are not entitled to use risk event as per your license
3) My client uses advanced risk management.Advanced Risk Management > Administration > Properties > Migrate to Advanced Risk Assessments = True
What could be the issue here?

You are missing the correct plugins/store apps. On non PROD you can install almost everything, on PROD you may need to entitle the instance to enable use of the plugin/apps. Confirm that all plugins/apps you have installed on DEV are also installed on PROD with the same versions.
If not available, you need to have your client activate/entitle those apps in the Store so you can install them. And in Case they can't because they aren't licensed and you believe they should be, you need to get in touch with the sales rep to check why you can't install everything you think you should be able to install.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Risk Event is available as part of the IRM Enterprise license, not the IRM professional. Therefore, it is not available in Prod instances.
