Automatically Revoke ITIL License based on Last Login

If any user having ITIL License and not logged into Smart Desk system for more than 45 days then remove the ITIL License.

  1. Create Schedule job to check the Last Login of users having ITIL Role.

  2. Send Notification to user on 30th day copying Group Manager that his/her licenses will be revoked.

  3. If user still does not use the license, on 45th day remove the ITIL License and send notification
