Business Rule not working as expected in Time-Limited Roles Feature Servicenow

The business rule which is dedicated for the Feature Time-Limited Access Roles for checking the days whether days diff is 5 or not, is that the only business rule that is working behind it.

Because I have changed the system property which is setted up by servicenow to my own custom made system property where the limit is for 15 days and when I changed the date in the record its still showing me mex allowed days 5 error message.

So is there any other business rule working in the background which is restricted from where this message is getting generated?
