Catalog Categories not reflecting in the portal

Hi,
I have created Categories and sub-categories for catalog items but they are not reflecting in the portal. Can anyone help me with this.

Hi @GBS ,
It could be a few things.
If you navigate to Service Portals > Portals open your Portal record, in the related list "Catalogs" do you have your catalog in there?
Have you checked the user criteria that you are applying to you Categories and Items?

@Clara Lemos thanks for the information, Item is visible in the portal but the Category is not visible in the category list in portal
