Hi @ramasatyasa ,
Although it is a very big topic but in very short - When you want to fix any Incident or problem - You need to change your code, Design etc then Change Management will come into picture. You need to plan this change, Get approval, Deisgn, Impelment and Test this. All these activities are part fo Change Management. Rest details you can read from given Link:-

In simple terms, Change Management is part of IT Service Management Solution offered by ServiceNow where organizations manage their changes to IT Systems. Change Management process standardizes how you add or modify or remove changes to IT components.
Take for example, you have a SMTP server and you keep receiving incidents for outages and your team analyse root cause as resource crunch in SMTP server and want to upgrade the servers. Team can create a change request to procure additional servers or increase the memory. Change request will go approval and once approved, it will be implemented and configuration in CMDB will be updated. This is very generic and simple explanation of Change Management and you can understand more concepts once you go through the links I shared.
