When any user logs in, they should automatically see their own dashboard, showing only their assigned incidents,
— WITHOUT the user needing to:

  1. Select any filters

  2. Choose reports

  3. Click on anything

  4. Or even know what a filter is

  5. And also, without sharing a dashboard

@SahanaJ

you can have only 1 dashboard and within that reports will have filter conditions with that [IS DYNAMIC] ME

what did you start and where are you stuck?

Hi @SahanaJ,

what is the requirement?

Any user already can use "Self-service" module with pre-filtered lists:

However dashboard might be more for manager roles, the end users with no roles shall use just the service portal (eventually employee service centre) and not access the backend.

When you say each - do you mean like entirely all the users, or just some - e.g. itil, managers, or anything else?

Let me know how this goes
