Issue with Exporting Records from KB Knowledge Table

Hi All,
I’m facing an issue related to exporting data from the KB Knowledge table, and I would appreciate your insights.
Here’s the scenario:
• I applied a specific filter on the KB Knowledge table and found a total of 206 records.
• Using my admin access, I exported the data to Excel and verified that the downloaded sheet contains all 206 records.
• However, when a user performs the same steps—applying the same filter and exporting the data—they are able to export only few records(50-80).
I’m trying to understand the possible reasons behind this difference.
Is this happening because the user can only download KB articles that are owned by a group they are a part of, or is it access-related?
