Issue with Inbound Email Action Not Triggering for Approval Mail

Hello @community,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue encountered in the approval process within the ServiceNow platform, as outlined below:
- A request is created from the portal, generating an RITM (Request Item).
- The RITM goes through an approval process, triggering an email notification to the approver.
- The approver is provided with "Approve" and "Reject" links within the email.(First and second Image)
- Upon clicking either link, the approver is redirected to an email creation page to send their approval or rejection response to the user.
- However, the corresponding inbound email action that is intended to be triggered by this response is not executing as expected.(Third image)

Could you kindly look into this behavior? Your guidance on resolving or troubleshooting this issue would be greatly appreciated.
