Hello, Today I went through Request Management, and I got to know that after checkout an Order request is raised and if price is greater than 1000 dollers then eric has to approve it or RITM is created. But my main doubt is where we define that eric has to be assigned and if less than 1000 how the manager is assigned in RITM automatically. I gone through the flows which resposible for it but I can't understand it clearly. It would be helpful for me if anyone helps me to go through it.

Hi @ramasatyasa ,
All this will be defiend and coming from flow designer or Workflow associated with the RITM/Catalog. You should read about workflow and flow designer proeprly then you will understand it. For now you can go to workflow editor, if it is workflow. Open the workflow an double click on the action and see the starting condition to understand the Starting condition and then check Approval action.
if my answer helped you, please mark it - solution accepted.

Hi,
It would be helpful if you provided a few more details as to what you are seeing or tested with. I took a look in my PDI for a workflow that sounded similar to what you mentioned and have a screenshot attached. When the cost is greater than 1000 it goes to a group and Eric is a member of that group. I have seen most companies change from the out of box version. You can use workflow or flow designer. SN said they will stop shipping or enabling workflow after Zurich I think...so may want to use flow depending on your requirements.
