As a Knowledge Manager / Admin,  I want to research and validate the CSV/XML import process for mass-migrating knowledge articles so that we can efficiently transfer content from external word documents.

There are multiple ways of importing Knowledge articles to the system.

There is a very good article which might help you understand the different ways and then narrow down to the best one based on your requirement.
