Multiple Assignment Group

Hi Team,

I would need help, i need to run the report and fetch incident ticket data for 149 assignment groups. I don't see any such option available in report section for adding multiple assignment group.

You can use is one of with Assignment group Name or sys_id's.

Hi I am not getting the options you are talking about, i need to add multiple assignment group to fetch the incident report, how can i do that.
