Hi,
Requirement - once the incident is resolved, resolved email notification is triggered to the user where in email body , smiley images from dissatisfied to satisfied images should be present . Once the user clicks an emoji for e.g . Satisfied emoji. It should redirect to the UI page where it contains the satisfied emoji and comments with text box to submit the survey.
Please suggest how to achieve this .
Thanks.

There may be new features that are available now, I haven't done this in a while...but you need several duplicate surveys for this.
One configured for each "starting smile" and your notification email should direct to the appropriate one (embedded hyperlink under the respective image). The images on the email are not actually a part of the survey, it's a façade (literally HAHA).
The rest of each survey is a duplicate of the other...and usually this is configured so they can change the "overall satisfaction smiley face" in the survey they are directed to, after being sent there.
One copy of each survey assessment is assigned to the user upon resolution and the "extra" ones are cancelled after one is completed.
