remove default value from dropdown in select box in sc

I created a variable select box for record producer where I set default text  to show in  that select box where I don't want in dropdown in service's portal

Hi @Pavan rishi,

I don't quite understand what is your question. Could you explain in more detail? 

What I understand from this is that you have chosen select box as variable in Record Producer and you have you have a default value for the select box. You mentioned that you don't want dropdown.

Does your select box have different choices? If you don't want dropdown and have a default value, then you can use Single Line Text and set its default value.

I created a select box because they are options for the question option can select through dropdown and I want to display a default text ,when I set that text as default its coming in that dropdown .where I don't want Text in that drop down.
