Hello. I am doing the ServiceNow CIS ITSM course. In this, I am on the ServiceNow Platform Implementation (Yokohama) course. I am not able to move forward from the step where I have to goto Now Create and follow the instructions give in the document to download and upload project files. The given instructions do not match with the new layout and options of current Now Create portal. Please help.

The Now Create portal has been  decommissioned on 5th Dec, 2025;

However, all implementation content  remains accessible on the Best Practices portal of Mynow
