Recently I had the opportunity to demo an ITAM project that showcased one of the most impressive capabilities I have seen recently in ServiceNow ,AI assisted sourcing through Now Assist.
In the traditional process, when an asset request comes in, we manually review stock levels, check transferable inventory across locations, or initiate a vendor purchase. It is also slow and requires constant human intervention.
