Hi Folks,
Recently, I had the opportunity to demonstrate how ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and AI Control Tower (AICT) work together, and I found the end to end journey incredibly interesting.
What stood out to me was how organizations can not only manage and prioritize AI initiatives through SPM but also seamlessly govern those AI assets through AI Control Tower, all within the same platform.
From idea submission and demand management to strategic alignment, AI governance, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and deployment, the entire lifecycle remains connected and transparent.
I thought this was worth sharing with the community, so I put together a walkthrough showcasing how an AI Service Desk Assistant can progress from a business idea into a governed AI asset while maintaining alignment with organizational goals and responsible AI practices.
