Anyone using Lenovo Service 360 ?

Is anyone successfully using the Lenovo Service 360 integration to get sales order information?

 

I've installed and registered, but have heard nothing back from Lenovo in over two weeks, and their support contact doesn't respond.

Hi @paulciarfel 

 

Hope you have integrated it in your Client instance. If for the integration you are not getting information from them, escalate it via  proper channel.

Yes, I registered all my stores via the client.

The proper channel is not responding.

 

I've asked my Lenovo account team but they're struggling also.
