Hello all,
With Asset Audit, I would like to enable the audit and update the list without the use of a scanner. I am sure this ability was there (UI trigger in the assigned audit), but not seeing it or it has been removed.
Here is my story, and I am sticking to it:
As a Hardware Asset Manager or Auditor,
I need the ability to perform and complete an asset audit directly through the ServiceNow UI without the need for a barcode scanner,
So that I can complete audits for smaller offices, remote sites, or locations without scanning equipment, and still maintain asset accountability and compliance.
If someone can point me in the direction, I am stumped.
