Hello!
I'm working on a ServiceNow instance which is using the Service Graph Connector for SCCM. This connector wasn't working for a few months in the instance and was later fixed. After asset data began flowing again from SCCM to ServiceNow, ServiceNow changed the install status of some assets set to "In Use" or "Retired" to "In Stock", but I can't find the code making this update. So I have some questions:
Is OOTB behavior configured to make the updates I mentioned above?
If so, where can this behavior be influenced in ServiceNow? Perhaps, the AssetandCI synchronizer?
Any help or direction is appreciated.
Steve.

Hi @SteveEdM ,
Yes, you are correct this is the OOB behavior where this is handled by two business rules "Update asset on change" and "Update CI on change". Can you confirm whether the CI status is same as In stock?
Thanks,
Lithesh
