Auto-cancel RITM after 7 days using Flow Designer

Hello Team,

I have a requirement in ServiceNow (new setup) where a Requested Item (RITM) should be automatically cancelled after 7 days if no action is taken. I am using flow designer

Hello @bharathkumar Da ,

According to your requirement you should Wait for condition action in flow designer having conditions :

Condition 1 : state is not change to any of other except 'open'
Condition 2 : created is more than last 7 days

After this if no action taken cancel it automatically using Update record action in flow designer

RITMs are not being worked upon

RITMs have catalog tasks associated to it where agents fulfill the request.

Do you want if catalog task is open and not updated in last 7 days then RITM should be cancelled?
