Hi,
Can we use SN Healthscan when don't have Licensed Impact?
I saw that HealthScan is described as one of the deliverables under ServiceNow Impact packages.
https://www.servicenow.com/uk/legal/servicenow-impact.html
Is there a community post or ServiceNow documentation that mentions its not possible if you don't have a licensed impact? or it is possible with some limitation?
Thanks,
Tads

Contact NowSupport to see if anything related to Healthscan is possible. Your instance already has some OOB instance scans you can use yourself and you can create more (or get them from the community). Impact is paid, so anything from there is probably not possible.

Hello @Tadz,
You will need to reach out to ServiceNow for that. You can't run it by yourself. It's part of Impact.
Health scan already exists for a long while and has been transformed into Instance scan. ServiceNow can deliver you nice overviews running health scan for you, but spending a bit of time on instance scan and create the things you think are important may save your company a lot of money by not getting Impact.

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

I think it will be available only if customer have an active Impact license or engagement with ServiceNow Impact.
Better to check with your company's ServiceNow Account Representative.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
