Hi,
I need to create a report that shows all HW models filtered by those having a Lifecycle phase of "End of Support" and only those that have a Phase start date between 01.01.2025 and 01.01.2026. This can be done on the cmdb_hardware_model_lifecycle table.
The 2nd part is showing all the assets associated with those models. I need a report that dot walks over to the asset table to list out all asset records associated with those models. There does not appear a way to accomplish this with the reporting functionality. We are using ITSM, and we do not own the HAM Pro Module.
Is this possible? Thank you!
