Guidance on Assessing SAM Pro & HAM Pro Implementations for Gaps and Enhancements

Hi everyone,
I am currently working with a client who wants a complete assessment of their existing SAMPro and HAMPro implementation in ServiceNow. They want clarity on the following areas:

1. What functionalities of SAMPro and HAMPro are already implemented in the current system?
2. Whether the existing implementation aligns with ServiceNow best practices — and if not, identify any not-so-ideal configurations or technical debt.
3. What additional features or capabilities can be implemented to further mature their SAM/HAM processes.
4. Recommendations for optimization based on out-of-the-box capabilities, data model alignment, license compliance workflows, automation, and integrations.

I would appreciate guidance on how to thoroughly assess and validate all these aspects.
