We have nearly fully normalised our Models after deploying HAM. Will be many more but a couple of queries;
1. Models which are not determined as End of Life - How can you exclude these from Reports as I only want to see Models we actually have within the business i.e. Some Models are reported but all these have been Disposed ?
2. After normalising and appearing to have the same Hash Codes we have duplicated Models, all appearing to be the same device. I was expecting normalisation to combine these into 1 record. Is there a process that will clean these up or does this have to be done manually ?

You can set the model Lifecycle Stage and Life Cycle Stage Status on a model to End of Life and then filter on that.
As for duplicate models, you might look over: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0999448
