HAM Fundamentals On Demand - LAB Instance

Hi There,

 

I am doing the above course (Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Fundamentals On Demand (Washington)) and I am trying to activate the Lab instance after doing the first 2 modules.

 

The Lab has opened and I am in a trial instance of Service now but I cannot see any set exercises for me?

 

I have 3 Lab instance in my nav bar but when I click on any of them I only get errors. Example:

Can anyone explain to me how this is supposed to work?

@GChat I recommend you to raise a case with the Now Learning support team from the Now learning portal. Only they can address this issue for you.
