We have implemented HAM and now are formalizing our internal processes, I am looking for best practices for which group should own model management? We have gone from a decentralized hardware asset management process to ServiceNow which is now centralized. Which group should be the owners of the models in the environment? The group that approves the products to be allowed in the environment? the Process Owner? the Stockroom Managers? there is a good case for all of these resources. I'm looking for best practices.
