How to implement a responsibility agreement for users to sign when a hardware asset is assigned?

Hi Community,
I’m looking for a way to implement a responsibility agreement that the end user can sign or formally accept when a hardware asset (e.g., a laptop or other IT equipment) is assigned to them in ServiceNow.
The goal is to ensure that the user acknowledges receipt of the device and accepts the terms of use and responsibility before the assignment process is finalized.
I would like to know:
• Is there any native functionality or recommended best practice in the Hardware Asset Management module or Service Catalog to support this?
• Is it possible to trigger a user acceptance task with a digital signature or at least a confirmation field when the asset is assigned (assigned_to)?
• Has anyone implemented something similar and could share how it was done?
