How to Manage and Display Stock for Multiple Models (Published and Unpublished)?

Hi Community,

I’m currently facing an issue in ServiceNow where multiple asset models under the same category (e.g., Dell OptiPlex 7020, 7020 SFF, 7020 MFF) exist, but only one model is published in the catalog. As a result, the other models do not appear as "in stock," even though their assets are available.

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the Model Management feature. Here’s what I want to achieve:

  1. Consolidate or display stock across all related models, regardless of their published status.
  2. Ensure stock from unpublished models is reflected in the catalog for users making requests.
  3. Maintain proper tracking of individual models without losing visibility in the catalog.

What’s the best approach to handle this? Should I use Business Rules, update catalog items dynamically, or is there another method to aggregate and display stock for unpublished models?

Any insights, scripts, or configurations would be highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!

For example only the first model is published,  so rest of the model will not show up in source request.
