How to submit the Source Request in the SCTASK

Hello Team,

I'm stuck at submitting Source Task, i want the sourced field value to updated as True.
But I'm unable to submit it.
Can someone please guide how to submit it?

After clicking on that Source Request UI Action, the following window appears, submit button is hidden for me

Hi @sattar3,

Do you have a vendor and an item defined for the model you want to source? Most probably this will be the reason why you can't source your request.
