We have a requirement where scanning a specific asset barcode should automatically create an Asset Repair Request in ServiceNow. However, we cannot use the ServiceNow Agent Mobile App for this process.
Could you please guide us on the best approach or alternatives to achieve this (e.g., using a web browser/Service Portal barcode scanner, a custom integration, or third-party scanning tools)?
