Is it possible to add "Side Heading" for check list items?

We had around 8 checklist, for 4 checklist I want to add one side heading, and similar for next 4, is it possible to add? what is the best way to add it

is this the OOTB checklist feature which is used in HRSD?

Creating checklist items using BR(Scripting)

as already mentioned not possible.

May be you can add form annotation explaining the user what that checklist is about

Add a new Label variable just after the container split, but just put a space in the Question field.
