Hello I'm looking for the ITAM process guide which covers HAM standard.  Apparently, I can download it from the ServiceNow website but I can find it.  Can anyone help, please.

I believe the guide you are looking for is the ITSM ITAM process guide which you can access through the following link. Now Create - ITSM ITAM Process guide
