Hey All,
I have a requirement to add a filter on a catalog Item (Hardware Asset Refresh Order). In my instance there is already a condition builder that defaults to Eligibility is true, but I can change it to whatever I want. However, on the portal there is not a condition builder. Is there a way to get that condition builder or filter on the portal to control what assets appear and don't appear in the asset list?

Hi @coreyhirsch,
what condition builder do you mean? Can you please share a screenshot and indicate what's wrong or what's the goal?

Hi @coreyhirsch ,
you can replicate a condition builder (filter) on the portal side for a catalog item by cloning the SN Desktop Filter widget and linking it into a custom variable (of type Custom with your cloned widget) so users can visually build filter logic, then capture that encoded query (in a read only multiline text variable) and apply it in your server or client logic to restrict which assets appear...
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
