Source request cannot be used

I applied for a server, but when I enter the Source Request screen through the catalog task, all the buttons are not available why is this?

Hi @ma kaiyue ,

Reason why the Local stock and Transferable stock is greyed : There are no assets present for that particular server in the local stockroom and other stockrooms

Reason why you cant select vendor purchase is : There is no "Vendor catalog item" for the particular model you have ordered

Solution:

To purchase the particular model, create a vendor catalog item for the model .Once added try submitting the request again , the purhcase option will be available

Please let me know what should be configured in "Vendor Catalog Item for the model". I am not sure how this is related.
