TCO - EUC (End User Computer) + Installed Software

Hello!

       I am beginning the effort to create reports/dashboards that convey the total annualized cost of each EUC, including the installed software (only those license metrics - per user or device).  Before I dive deep, does this already exist in ServiceNow?  I've included a mock-up with entirely fictional data.

At present, my challenges include 1) how each item is billed, i.e., monthly, annual, etc.  2) summarizing all separate costs, hardware & software, for reporting.

Hi Lisa,

You should check out the Proven Optics Cost Modeling and Proven Optics Billing applications on the ServiceNow Store. 

With the Cost Modeling application, you can model the TCO for services, applications, etc. to show the fully burdened cost - End User Computers in your example.

With the Billing application, you're able to define service rates and billing frequencies to generate bills to recover or chargeback costs. 

Both of these applications have dashboards summarizing costs for providers and consumers of costs. This is where you could show the true make-up of the cost to deliver End User Computers.
