In flow integration once the record is created in system

The created  by and updated by is showing by User id even it is scheduled as it is not updating the field value as system

 

Please confirm How can I manage the field value of created by and updated by to Custom value as Integration

In the Flow Properties, you should be able to set who should the flow run as. Below thread should help you
