Using Serial Number for Audit in addition to Serial Number

Hi Community ,

 

In order to perform an Audit using Serial Number with Mobile Agent App, I have tried multiple things, but the solution is not up to the mark.

 

Does anybody have a series of steps which are a bit easy and understandable to perform the changes /customization
