What is the meaning of a Hardware Model set as Active=False in Content Library?
Example: I have a model "HPE ProLiant DL580 Gen10" which is still supported by it's manufacturer. But ServiceNow Content Library has this Model a Active=False where I'm not able to use it for my Org's Model Normalization. There are various such models which are set to Active=False and unable to use it for normalization.
How should i proceed if i want to Normalize my "HPE ProLiant DL580 Gen10"?
