Worksapce one UEM Service graph connector and IP Address

Hello,

My company is trying to utilize the SGC for Workspace one UAM to bring in our inventory of mobile devices and hand scanning computers and have found that the IP Address information is not coming in. We can see the mapping in the data loader, but nothing populates in the import table for IP Address (WIFI IP Address). We use the IP Address to map to a physical location and really need to bring this data in.

 

Has anyone been able to bring in this attribute and how did you do it?

@chrisformanek  We're experiencing a similar problem with this service graph connector. Any relevant CIs (mostly iPads) that existed before we stood up the WS1 SGC are pulling IP addresses into ServiceNow. However, any CIs that were created by the SGC have no IP addresses. I know this thread is over a year old, but did you ever find a solution to this?
