Uninstall Safe Workplace Suite

We plan to uninstall the Safe Workplace Suite of applications from our instances. We have already exported our data. Has anyone ever uninstalled the suite? If yes, did you uninstall the plugins in a specific order?

Hi @cynlink1 once the plugin is activated you cannot disable or deactivate or uninstall it. Only option is to Hide the functionality

Some applications have an 'uninstall' option. After uninstalling our sandbox instance, I opened a ticket with ServiceNow Support CS7164789 to verify that I performed the uninstall steps in the right order, etc. They used a temp instance to validate the steps - shown below. We have uninstalled the application from production. 

Response from ServiceNow:

I was able to follow the below uninstall sequence on the temporary instance copy of production and did not run into any errors or issues. You can try the below on one of your sub-production instances and let me know how it goes.

1. Uninstall 'Safe Workplace suite' (sn_imt_suite)

2. Uninstall 'Safe Workplace Dashboard' (sn_imt_dashboard)
- Go back to the sys_store_app record, and click 'Remove tables and data' related link

3. Uninstall 'Employee Health Screening' (sn_imt_monitoring)

4. Uninstall 'Vaccination Status' (sn_imt_vaccine)

5. Uninstall 'Workplace Safety Management' (sn_wsd_core)

6. Uninstall 'Health and Safety Testing' (sn_imt_health_test)

7. Uninstall 'Employee Readiness Surveys' (sn_imt_readiness)

8. Uninstall 'Contact Tracing' (sn_imt_tracing)

9. Uninstall 'Workplace PPE Inventory Management' (sn_imt_ppe)

10. Uninstall 'Employee Travel Safety' (sn_imt_travel)

11. Uninstall 'Employee Readiness Core' (sn_imt_core)

12. Uninstall 'Emergency Outreach' (sn_imt_checkin)
- Choose to proceed with keeping the 'Table and data' (it will be read-only). Then, go back to the sys_store_app record and click 'Remove tables and data' related link
