We have created a new internal CRM team that focusing on connecting with our internal stakeholders across research, physicians, admin and education domains. Because this is internal, your traditional sales pipeline, contact tracking, etc. funnels don't really work for us.
Has anyone used/recommend any of the modules to explore tracking customer check-ins, viewing dashboard of customer pain poiints and tying in projects generated from a CRM type check-in.
