We have EMR Help portal working fine with EPIC. Now we are trying to activate virtual chatbot driven by NowAssist. When we activated the plugins, the chatbot seems to be working fine when accessing EMR help portal in regular web browser. But the same EMR help portal under EPIC shows chatbot as a blank screen. Any pointer if someone is running chatbot with EMR Help in EPIC
