Healthcare Workspace

Just reading through some documentation which states there is a Healthcare workspace accessed via

Accessing and using the landing page

To access the Workspace for healthcare-related cases, navigate to All > HCLS Service Management > Healthcare workspace.

But then I click on it I get a page not found ..... any ideas?

The cases which you are viewing - are you belonging to that particular assignment group and make sure the cases are associated with that group.

Its the workspace itself that gives the error, not the individual cases

This appears to be an issue with the instance, or with permissions. NOW Support for should be able to provide assistance with this.

It might be an issue regarding the desired plugins that need to be installed and the roles given to the user.
