We have been tasked with researching the integration of ServiceNow with Kafka and are trying to find if there are any organizations who have gone through the process of setting this integration up and recommendations on 'Best Practices' for capturing data from Kafka and use cases.
In the experience of those who have set the integration/connection up between the two systems, were one or both connectors on the ServiceNow Store (Confluent Kafka REST Proxy Spoke and ServiceNow Kafka Consumer) used?
The business owner over Kafka is unsure of what their end-goal will be with this integration, and is looking for some details before they make the decision on connecting ServiceNow with Kafka.
